Shipping Policy (International Shipping)
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your orders worldwide, we partner with highly reliable international shipping carriers, including DHL and FedEx.
1. Shipping Terms (DDU - Duties and Taxes Owed by Buyer)
All international shipments from our store are dispatched under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The product prices and shipping fees calculated at checkout do not include any import duties, local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Payment of these customs fees is the sole legal obligation and financial responsibility of the buyer (recipient). These charges will be billed directly to you by the shipping carrier or your local customs authority upon arrival or delivery of the package. Please be advised that tax rates and customs regulations vary depending on the destination country and the specific country of origin of the product (including any reciprocal or penalty tariffs, such as those on Chinese-origin goods under Section 301). Our store has no control over and bears no responsibility for these regulatory fees.
2. Handling and Tracking (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: Upon successful completion and verification of your order, items are securely packed and dispatched from Tokyo, Japan, within 3 to 10 business days.
- Tracking Number: A fully insurable, high-priority tracking number will be sent to your registered email address immediately upon shipment.
3. Strict Measures for Refusal of Delivery, Non-Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages
Any refusal to pay applicable customs duties/taxes upon delivery, failure to claim the package within the carrier's holding period, or delivery failures due to inaccurate address information provided by the buyer will be treated as a material breach of contract by the buyer.
In the event that a shipment is halted due to the buyer's refusal or non-responsiveness, and we instruct the carrier to abandon or destroy the package locally, no refund of any kind will be issued (All sales are final).
Alternatively, if we elect to have the package returned to Japan, a refund will only be processed after we have successfully received the returned items in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. However, please be formally advised that the total sum of all incurred expenses—including outbound international shipping fees, return shipping fees, local customs storage fees, and any return duties, taxes, or clearance fees—will be fully deducted from your product refund. (If the total amount of these actual shipping and administrative expenses exceeds the original product price, the net refund amount will be $0.00). Thank you for your understanding.
Our store maintains comprehensive digital records of all official communication logs from shipping carriers as well as warning notifications sent to the buyer. In the event of an unjustified dispute or chargeback initiated through a payment or credit card company, these records will be submitted as valid evidence to legally challenge the claim and strictly protect our business interests.
